Learning, growth and transformation should be accessible. I want you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision about participating in Radiant programmes.

A core value is that we are in this together. I want to create as many opportunities as possible for people to participate, regardless of their financial circumstances. The financial side of Radiant is designed to support accessibility, encourage reciprocity and create opportunities for everyone to contribute to the growth of the community.

As the founder, I have the opportunity to establish financial policies that reflect my values, rather than following conventional sales and pricing practices. 

My guiding principle in all my work is for those who are interested and ready can have access.  The financial piece will never be a barrier.

Flexible Payment Options

I have been so very blessed in a lot of my studies, where people knew the timing was right for me to take a course and yet I was unable to pay full price in a single payment. 

I am thrilled to "Pay it Forward" for any and all who wish to take a course, but need to have the opportunity to have a payment plan in order to do so.

• Progressive access, with resources released as payments are made

• People are welcome to discuss arrangements without embarrassment.

• I am open to considering individual circumstances.

• No Interest or Financing Charges

• The agreed payment schedule and access arrangements are confirmed before enrolment.

Scholarships and Opportunities to Give Back

Scholarships

I believe that access to learning and personal growth should not be determined solely by someone's financial circumstances.

As Radiant grows, I want to create more opportunities for others to participate in that growth.

A portion of every purchase will be allocated to the Radiant Scholarship Fund, helping make courses, workshops and learning opportunities accessible to those who might otherwise be unable to participate.

Scholarship applications and nominations will be considered based on available funds and individual circumstances.

Every time you invest in your own learning, you also help create an opportunity for someone else.  Teachers, studio owners and members of the Radiant community are welcome to nominate individuals who would benefit from a scholarship, either partial or full. 

Pay it Forward

At check-out, there will be an option to fully sponsor a specific person to take the same course.  This can be a fellow colleague you know may not be in a position to purchase for themselves or a young teacher you may be mentoring or a keen student who may need a boost.

Alternatively, you can contribute any amount to the Radiant Scholarship Fund, helping create opportunities for others to participate in programmes they might otherwise be unable to afford.

Affiliate Opportunities and Referral Fees

My goal with all things in my business is to help support positive change across the globe.  And of course, I cannot do it alone.

If you took a course and believe that a fellow colleague would really enjoy it also, or perhaps a class of your students would benefit from the student version, then you are helping to further the goal of supporting more and more teachers/students.

And as thanks for the effort required to share this work, you will receive a referral fee (like a commission) and/or we can set up an ongoing affiliate code.

Thanks to using the hosting platform of Kajabi this is something that can easily be set up.  

Sharing something you genuinely value can create opportunities for others while also providing you with a financial benefit. It's another way of participating in the growth of the Radiant community.

Partnerships and Recommendations

The Radiant Dancer also occasionally partners with businesses and organizations whose products, services and values align with our work.

When we recommend a product or service through an affiliate or referral arrangement, this will always be clearly identified. These partnerships help support the continued development of The Radiant Dancer while allowing us to share resources we genuinely believe may benefit our community.

Visionary Studio Owner Programme

Through this programme, studio owners can offer selected Radiant learning experiences to their teachers, students and families while creating an additional revenue stream for their studio.

The programme is designed to support the studio's educational offering while allowing you to benefit financially from providing valuable learning opportunities to your community.

Each studio partnership is structured according to the needs and goals of the studio.

Practical Financial Information

• Currency is USD for all courses/workshop/guest teaching

• Online courses and workshops: prices displayed in USD.

• In-person teaching: fees quoted in the agreed local currency (separate document upon request)

• International bookings: travel and accommodation arrangements outlined in advance as per the current fee schedule

• Any Applicable Taxes will be clearly outlined

• Payment plan amounts and dates are disclosed

• There are no surprise administrative fees

• Any additional costs, such as materials or certification fees, are disclosed clearly in advance

• For guest teaching bookings that require travel, the contract is clear and comprehensive
