Financial Policies and Guidelines

As the founder of Radiant, I have the opportunity to establish financial policies that reflect my values, rather than following conventional sales and pricing practices.

My guiding principle in all my work is for those who are interested and ready can have access.  The financial piece will never be a barrier.  

Payment Plans Available

I have been so very blessed in a lot of my studies, where people knew the timing was right for me to take a course and yet I was unable to pay full price.

I have been offered many a payment plan and always fulfilled on my promise to pay, even though rarely was anything structured. 

And now, I am thrilled to "Pay it Forward" for any and all who wish to take my course, but need to have the opportunity to have a payment plan in order to do so.

Simply reach out for us to start the discussion. 

• Payment plans are available upon request.

• People are welcome to discuss arrangements without embarrassment.

• You are open to considering individual circumstances.

• There is no additional interest or financing charge, if that is the policy you choose.

• The agreed payment schedule and access arrangements are confirmed before enrolment.

Scholarships and Ambassadors

Teachers, studio owners and members of the Radiant community are welcome to nominate individuals who would benefit from a scholarship but may need financial assistance to participate.

I believe that access to learning and personal growth should not be determined solely by someone's financial circumstances.

As Radiant grows, I want to create more opportunities for others to participate in that growth.

A portion of every purchase will be allocated to the Radiant Scholarship Fund, helping make courses, workshops and learning opportunities accessible to those who might otherwise be unable to participate.

Every time you invest in your own learning, you also help create an opportunity for someone else.

written application will be required, and upon acceptance, the awardee will be required to do two things: 

Complete the Course in a timely manner and Give Feedback/Testimonial

Become an Ambassador who is willing to help promote and support via video testimonials and several posts on social media.

Affiliate Opportunities and Referral Fees

My goal with all things in my business is to help support positive change across the globe.  And of course, I cannot do it alone.

If you took a course and believe that a fellow colleague would really enjoy it also, or perhaps a class of your students would benefit from the student version, then you are helping to further the goal of supporting more and more people.

And as thanks for the effort required to share this work, you will receive a referral fee (like a commission) and or we can set up an ongoing affiliate code.

Thanks to using the hosting platform of Kajabi this is something that can easily be set up.  

This way, while you may not get to have score on a great Black Friday sale on course you've wanted, you can certainly receive sufficient payment to pay for the course, should you take the steps to share this work!

Radiant also occasionally partners with businesses and organizations whose products, services and values align with our work.

When we recommend a product or service through an affiliate or referral arrangement, this will always be clearly identified. These partnerships help support the continued development of Radiant while allowing us to share resources we genuinely believe may benefit our community.

Visionary Studio Owner Programme

I do have a programme specifically for studio owners, who essentially wish to have me as an online faculty member.  This means income can be earned by offering my courses/classes to your students, parents and others in the community.
