Artistic Director: Mariah-Jane Thies
Your leader on the journey to becoming a Radiant Dance Teacher has 35 years teaching experience, including as an employee and as a studio owner. Mariah-Jane has been preparing students in the RAD ballet examination world since 1994 and has been a mentor and supervisor with the RAD for 15 years.
Mariah-Jane is also a certified modern dance teacher in the Evans Laban based method, giving her tools that can help you as she uniquely blends the Bartenieff principles into all of her teaching.
Mariah-Jane is also a licensed Brain Gym consultant and Rhythmic Movement Training (reflexes) certified. These two trainings are the basis for her pillar of "Integrated" referring to the need for brain integration for effective learning.
