Living an Embodied Life

The Mission

Help People to Come Home

By helping people to "come home" to love and enjoy their own bodies, they will learn more about who they are and who they can aspire to be...and how to get there!

Lower Stress & Increase Potential

By being embodied in a fully expressive body, and with an integrated brain, it will easily follow that stress will be lowered and personal potential raised.

Make the World a Better Place

Each integrated, embodied and expressive person will contribute to the ripple affect making the world a better place, like a light radiating outwards to shine on everyone.

Personal Statement

For many years in the early parts of my career as a dance teacher, I questioned whether I was doing "enough" in the world to contribute in making it a better place.  In fact, my ex father-in-law, once complimented and insulted me at the same time saying "You are smart and could be a doctor or a lawyer, so why aren't you doing something useful in your life.".    Good thing he is an ex!!

But, when he said that I had not yet delved into the developmental movement patterns, reflex work, Laban and Brain Gym.   Now that I fully versed in brain integration and somatics work, I KNOW that I am making the world a better place.

Imagine a world where an ever increasing number of people are happy and calm in their bodies?  Instead, of spending time and money taking care of the external home (ie. houses and apartments) and decorations, such as clothing and possessions (cars and "stuff") they are taking care of their real home...the body.

Respecting your body and lowering stress makes you happier, more compassionate, easier to get along with and able to focus on the positive aspects of your life.

And helping even 100 people do that, means I am doing something important with my life.

Please join me in making the world a better place, by starting with you.

It is time to come home to your body in joy and love.
