Return to Radiance
Monthly Reset Lab
Return to Radiance
Self Care Unlike anything You have done before!
Â
Nervous System Support • Emotional Release • Embodied Teaching Ease
Teaching dance today asks more of educators than ever before.
Beyond technique, choreography, and artistry, teachers are navigating increasing emotional load—parent expectations, student anxiety, administrative pressure, and the constant internal drive to “hold it all together.”
Over time, this can accumulate as stress in the body, mental fatigue, reactivity, and a sense of depletion that doesn’t fully resolve with rest alone.
Return to Radiance is a monthly reset space for dance teachers to come back to themselves.
A place to release what has been held, recalibrate the nervous system, and rebuild a sense of ease, clarity, and grounded presence in teaching.
Â
What we focus on each month
Each session blends three integrated approaches:
🌬 Emotional release & clearing work
Using Emotion Code–inspired reflection and release practices, we explore and gently shift common emotional patterns held by dance teachers such as:
- frustration and overwhelm
- feeling undervalued or unseen
- pressure to manage parents and student dynamics
- guilt, self-doubt, and perfectionism
The intention is to create space for emotional lightness and perspective, rather than carrying these patterns into the studio.
Â
🧠Nervous system regulation & Brain Gym integration
Through Brain Gym–based movement and integration practices, we support the body and brain in:
- settling stress responses
- improving clarity and focus
- restoring grounded presence in teaching
- reconnecting mind and body under pressure
These are simple, embodied tools you can use before, during, and after teaching.
đź’ Mindset, belief work & EFT-inspired shifts
We use EFT-inspired tapping and cognitive reframing to explore and soften limiting beliefs such as:
- “I have to hold everything together for everyone”
- “I’m not doing enough”
- “Teaching has to feel hard to be meaningful”
We then begin to install more supportive, grounded perspectives that allow for:
- greater ease in classroom dynamics
- clearer boundaries
- more confidence and trust in your teaching approach
🌸 The intention of this work
This is not about bypassing challenges or pretending stress doesn’t exist.
It is about changing your relationship to stress—so it no longer defines your experience of teaching.
Over time, many teachers notice:
- a greater sense of emotional neutrality in difficult situations
- less internal reactivity
- more spaciousness in the classroom
- a renewed sense of purpose and enjoyment in teaching
- a calmer, more regulated internal baseline
The Radiance Principle
When a teacher is regulated, grounded, and emotionally resourced, something shifts in the entire classroom.
Not because everything becomes perfect—but because you are no longer teaching from depletion.
This work supports you in becoming:
- more anchored in your presence
- more selective with your attention
- more able to return to clarity quickly after challenge
- more connected to what is working, not only what is stressful
This is where teaching begins to feel more sustainable—and more alive again
Â
Who this is for
This monthly workshop is designed for:
