Mariah-Jane, the Artistic Director of The Radiant Dance Teacher, is also the creator of The Diamond Method, a unique method designed specifically for dancers, utilizing brain science and somatics to enhance brain integration and mitigate the effects of stress on performance.Ā
Drawing from not just 35 years of teaching, but extensive additional training outside of the dance world.Ā Ā The focus was on brain integration even when under stress, culminating in certifications in Brain Gym, Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training, Reiki, and Touch for Health.Ā
