The Radiant Dancer ?
There are many fantastic resources out there for dancers and dance teachers that help with strength and flexibility. However, that is not the full picture needed for the creation of a dance artist.
To be an Expressive Artist, the dancer must be embodied. For the dancer to truly be embodied, there must first be integration of both the Brain, the Reflexes and the Developmental Movement Patterns.
There are resources to a support dancers and teachers in all 3 areas, with a bias towards Integration given that this is a new area for the dance community to consider.
