Integrated
Pulling the pieces together to create the whole is what integration is all about. That can mean integrating the mind-body and also the various parts of the brain.
Embodied
Embodied is referring to the ability to have a nuanced and ongoing dialogue with your body, with the ability to notice and engage in ideal anatomical function.
Expressive
Who we are is revealed all the time by our use of weight, space, time and flow. Expanding your range allows you to fully inhabit all aspects of you.

Do you want to Host a Visit to YOUR Area?
How much work will be involved if I express interest in being a host?
Ideally, the majority of the work load will be on Mariah-Jane. You will be more of a liaison in the beginning phase.
You, as a potential sponsor simply need to answer a few key questions to get the ball rolling.
One of the first questions will be:
Which courses would you like to have happen during a visit to your area? You may wish to consult with your friends and colleagues to gauge specific interest. Mariah-Jane can supply you with a survey to use.
The feedback will then determine how many days will need to be allotted to fulfill all these courses offerings and any private sessions.
1/2 Day (3 hour workshops) can be scheduled as 1 or 2 per day.
1/2 Day workshops can be daytime or evening
Assessment of the best days of the week or going across a weekend depends on the likely participants and what times/days they can make available for participation.
Venue availability will also factor in. Mariah-Jane has numerous connections in dance studios.
Once number of days is determined, Mariah-Jane will look at her schedule to see when the next available slot is available while allowing for time to:
- Find and Book the Venue
- Market the Workshop Series
- Registration of sufficient participants to move forward
- Collect Fees and finalize travel and accommodation
Mariah-Jane will take on the organizational responsibilities, although any/all support in spreading the word or making suggestions for potential venues is gratefully welcomed.
Please note: some courses require a venue that is NOT carpeted.

Prices are in USD, but will reflect the appropriate scale for the country/location.
What is the Timeline?
Mariah-Jane generally is booking 3-6 months in advance, with rare exceptions.
Bookings are made to be efficient and logical for travel time and expenses. That means moving from country to neighbouring country or city to city in an intelligent sequence.
For example:
Dubai-Greece-Italy in a sequence
Montreal-Ottawa-Toronto in a sequence
If you have very specific dates in mind, please reach out right away and get the ball rolling.
